OACP Golf Event

Join us for the OACP Golf Event on May 20th with a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. at Chickasaw Pointe Golf Club located at 12428 Chickasaw Point Rd, Kingston, OK 73439.

This year’s golf entry fee is $75, which includes green fees, cart fees, and lunch.

There will also be a longest drive and closest to the hole competition so start practicing now!

Registration Fees:

  • Registration: $399/member or $500/non-member, which includes an exhibit hall ticket, meal tickets including the banquet. T-shirts will not be included in registration due to that deadline passing on April 5th.

  • Additional Meal Tickets (Does not include the Banquet): $220, you can view a menu here.

  • Additional Banquet Ticket: $65

  • Exhibit Hall Ticket: $50, only required if attending the exhibit hall only and it includes lunch on May 22nd.

Registration closes May 6th. Cancellations made prior to May 6th will receive a full refund. After May 6th, no refunds will be given. Any registered attendee who does not request a cancellation prior to May 6th and does not attend the conference is required to pay their balance in full.
